Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that are not returned in their original condition.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be accepted. To initiate a return after receiving your order, please send us a Whatsapp message with your order number and follow the instructions provided. Please note that a R50 fee (covering the return label and restocking fee) will be deducted from your refund.

After we receive your returned item, we will send a confirmation, and your refund will be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return label and restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund.
